About Lutz River House
Welcome to our home.
We had been taking small getaways to the Frio River for over 6 years and enjoyed the rolling sounds of the river, the breeze of the air and the noise of the native animals in the cool evenings. It had been our dream to someday own a small piece of heaven. In 2018, we were blessed with this place and its been a labor of love to covert it into a little oasis. We purchased this property with a desire to make this a home we would share with our family and friends.

We have poured our hearts into transforming this property to a haven for group gatherings, large families reunions or place for relaxation.
The Properties
Combined the property can host up to 25 guests.
The main house can sleep up to 18 adult guests and the barn can sleep 6 adults.
