Check In/Out:
Check in is at 12 pm on day of arrival
Check out is 12 pm the day of departure
If you are needing to check in earlier than noon, please be sure to confirm with Liz or Shawn.
Things to bring with you:
Personal Hygiene (toothpaste, toothbrush, hair brush, shampoo etc.)
Swimwear
River Towels
Water shoes
Sunscreen
Mosquito Spray
Charcoal or propane tank
Lighter Fluide
Ice Chest
Ice (there is deep freezer available for guests)
Food
BYOB cans only, no glass bottles
House Rules:
1. Please do not throw any food or grease in the sink.
2. No Smoking in the properties
Smoking is allowed outdoors but please ensure you put out and pick up any cigarette butts
3. Be a good neighbor. Please do not trespass on neighboring properties. While in the River, please stay in the river. You are free to walk or tube the river but do not get out of the river and wander into the river banks or neighboring owner lands.
4. Please do not sit on furniture with wet clothes. Dry off before entering the house. Use door mats to wipe feet and remove water shoes in the house as floors will become slippery. We want to avoid any accidents.
5. Please no glass containers, bottles or dishware in the river.
Before you leave:
Please tidy up before you leave. Place all dishes in the dishwasher and run the wash cycle. Please place all used linens on the bedroom and bathroom floors. Light sweeping is all that is needed. Take trash out to bins. Place both AC to 76 degrees.
Take all of your extra food and any personal belongings.
